We strive to display product colors, specifications, and details as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to monitor settings. Product availability is subject to change.

4. Orders and Payment Terms

Order Process:

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities, inaccuracies in product information, or issues identified by our fraud prevention protocols.

Pricing and Payment:

• All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).
• We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal.
• Your payment card will be charged at the time your order is processed.
• You are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes (e.g., VAT, GST), or customs clearance fees imposed by your country, as stated at checkout.

Shipping:

• Order Processing: 1-2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).
• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL/FedEx. Delivery in 10-15 business days after shipment.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS. Delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment.
• Service Area: We ship globally, except to some remote regions and parts of Asia.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing or carrier issues.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority. Our detailed Returns & Exchanges Policy is incorporated into these Terms. Key points include:

• Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order.
• Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags and protective covers intact.
• Process: You must contact us at [email protected] for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before sending any item back. Returns sent without an RMA to our Louisville address cannot be accepted.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for the cost and risk of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Farm Housse, its suppliers, or content providers and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the service.
• Any content obtained from the service.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
• Delays or failures in the delivery of products due to events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, or carrier delays.

Our total liability for any claim arising under these terms or your use of our site shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific product(s) giving rise to the claim.
